Quality Assurance
IDI has built a solid reputation for high-integrity network and information technology management of outstanding quality. Factors that contribute to our quality include: timeliness in delivery, freedom from error in presentation, technical accuracy and soundness, and client satisfaction.
Our strong commitment to industry-wide, self-imposed quality standards to better serve our clients has led us to employ SEI-CMMI Maturity Level 2 processes for both software and systems engineering. IDI staff members utilize CMMI Level 2 processes for contracts with the US Food and Drug Administration,
In addition, IDI employs ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) methodologies and procedures. ITIL represents a drastically different approach to IT in which emphasis is focused on the critical business processes and disciplines needed to deliver services. This accessibility allows senior executives to both sponsor and shepherd IT quality improvement efforts. By defining IT quality as the level of alignment between the actual services delivered and the actual needs of the business, the libSrary serves as a common point of engagement for IT and the other business units of an organization. Utilizing this set of best practices enables IDI to ensure that we deliver solutions specifically tailored to the exact business needs of our clients.
