Program Manager: Acts as the overall lead, manager and administrator for the contract effort. Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with government program authorities and representatives on technical and program/project issues. Supervises program/project operations by developing procedures, planning and directing execution of the technical, programming, maintenance and administrative support effort and monitoring and reporting progress. Manages acquisition and employment of program/project resources. Manages and controls financial and administrative aspects of the program/project with respect to contract requirements.
Experience Requirements: Must have twelve (12) years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or eight (8) years of experience with a Master’s degree. Senior Application Programmer: Applies knowledge of computer science principles, information management principles, data processing functions, ADP hardware and software systems structures and operations, and computer programming languages and techniques to solve automation problems. Addresses scientific, engineering or business objectives by writing, modifying, or adapting computer programs in machine level, assembly, and third or fourth generation programming languages.
Interfaces with and uses minicomputer and mainframe computer systems in addressing project objectives. Identifies and uses standard, unconventional and original mathematical, algorithmic, and programmatic approaches to define, plan, organize, design, develop, modify, test and integrate database or data processing systems, computer hardware systems, and simulation models. Formulates architectural design, functional specification, interfaces and documentation of hardware or software systems considering system interrelationships, operating modes, and software or equipment configurations. Researches unconventional applications of software and operating systems in designing and developing new methodologies, signification modifications, or adaptations of standardized techniques. Responsible for developing project plans, guidelines and controls.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Eight (8) years of experience performing the above functions is required. At least four (4) years of the total experience must have been in programming.

Web Developer: Determines customer requirements for Internet/intranet Web sites and translates applications requirements into the design of complex Web sites, including integrating Web pages and applications to serve either as stand-alone sites or as the front end to Web-based applications. Must be able to apply new and emerging technologies to the site development process.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Three (3) years of equivalent experience in a related field with a minimum of one (1) year of computer experience using Internet/intranet products, including Web server and related products selection and administration is required. At least one (1) year of experience building and installing Web sites, including product selection, configuration, installation, maintenance, and site policy development. Must be experienced in developing Web pages using HTML and associated scripting and graphics integration.

Subject Matter Expert: Performs senior level technical analysis and implementation tasks across all LAN Management functional areas. Activities include: engineering analysis, design, and development for areas requiring a high degree of experience, training, and skill; senior level technical consulting; senior level customer coordination and planning; strategic planning and execution of activities; development, coordination, and implementation of process improvement recommendations; support to task definition, task cost estimating, and task monitoring.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least ten (10) years of experience with a Master’s (or higher) degree, or fifteen (15) years with a Bachelor’s degree, including at least five (5) years of applicable engineering management experience. Technical experience must include several of the following areas: user requirements analysis, network planning and engineering, network configuration/ performance analysis, and technical documentation development.

Job Title
Sharepoint Developer/Administrator: Plans, designs, develops, and/or modifies Sharepoint Portal Server applications for the Intranet. Develops requirements, workflow and systems analysis, and has responsibility for meeting software compliance standards. Analyzes system capabilities between hardware and software, operational requirements, and characteristics of overall system. Documents testing and maintenance of system requirements and modifications. Troubleshoots routine portal application issues utilizing root cause analysis and recommends appropriate action. May recommend and implement enhancements that will improve performance or reliability of the application. Maintains Sharepoint website by uploading and downloading material and information. Inputs and modifies account information for users of SharePoint site. Prepares and presents demonstrations/informational presentations for designated staff members.
Qualifications: Experience in the following areas is required: 10 years of software and project management experience with Bachelor's in Computer Science from accredited university/college. SharePoint Portal Server developer experience.
Must possess computer skills including, but not limited to C#, .Net, WebParts, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook and MS Access. Experience in one or more of the following areas is an asset: User support, portal maintenance and implementation. Knowledge and understanding of local county business processes and organizational structure.
Working knowledge of web based applications as well as development of those applications. SharePoint and XML preferred. Working knowledge of configuration management and configuration management software. Sharepoint preferred.:Email Resume
