We work to ensure a stable, reliable mainframe data center day-to-day and we also provide the skill, resources and expertise necessary to assist our clients in moving toward technical innovation and preparing for future needs.
IDI Data Center Program Managers have effectively managed data center capacity and delivered the required service levels for our client organizations, consistently meeting and or exceeding Service Level Agreements. Our Data Center Program Managers work on an ongoing basis to guide IDI Data Center staff members toward consistent performance to:
- Improve impact analysis, minimize errors and reduce staff requirements associated with changes
- Enable proactive infrastructure capacity planning
- Facilitate the planning and execution of consolidation or relocation projects
- Provide alerts for key performance indicators (KPIs) and threshold conditions
- Enforce adherence to redundancy requirements and design guidelines to ensure availability and business continuity
- Reduce mean-time-to-repair (MTTR) for outages
- Ensure compliance with standard or regulated processes
- Speed time-to-market for new application deployments
Employing best practice processes and methodologies such as ITIL allows us to provide responsive support that consistently meets clients’ Data Center Operations needs. We believe that skilled, experienced management is the key discriminating factor between a data center that runs successfully and one that does not. People, processes and technology must work in synchronicity to successfully deliver services to their organization.
